Our group of 6 were treated to the Nile Dream tour and had an unparalleled journey back through time, guided along the way by our passionate, friendly and knowledgeable Egyptologists who really knew how to bring stories of ancient Egypt to life. Some of the most memorable events were the unscripted ones where Sam listened to our particular interests and adapted accordingly, whether it be a traditional breakfast with the locals, Egyptian pancakes at the market (I can not recommend these highly enough), or the optional (should be mandatory) meal in the Nubian village where we feasted in the company of our welcoming host in such a basically beautiful setting. Thanks Sam and the team for sharing your country and passion with us and giving us the trip of a lifetime.

The mosque of Ibn Tulun was really beautiful, as was Saint Simon cave church, garbage city, city of the dead and then of course some shopping time at khan el-khalili.
The transport was also really great a/c transport, which was very welcome in the Cairo heat. Would recommend this 5 star experience to every one looking for something different than the usual tourist spots.

  Hamdy Kamal was an excellent tour guide for our 3 day trip in Alexandria and Cairo. He is very knowledgeable funny, and interactive to the plethora of questions we had.… read more He managed our time well and kept our well-being intact. My wife is pregnant so he took that very carefully into consideration when we were out touring. He managed our time and coordinated food, rest, and snack breaks accordingly to our personal needs.
